MOQ is generally 1,000 units per SKU and negotiable depending on the model. For first-time trial orders we can consolidate multiple SKUs into one shipment to lower your entry quantity.

Yes. Custom samples with your logo and finish are ready in about 7 days and shipped by express courier (3–5 days transit). The sample fee is credited to your first bulk order.

Standard lead time is 25–35 days after deposit and golden-sample approval, depending on order quantity. Fully custom OEM tooling adds 15–25 days; catalog ODM models skip tooling entirely.

Yes — robot spray painting, powder coating, gradient finishes, laser engraving, water transfer printing and brand co-branding lid options are all produced in-house, along with retail color boxes, hangtags and multi-language instruction inserts. See the Customization page for details.

Products are tested to FDA, LFGB and ASTM food-contact standards. The factory holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification, has passed the amfori BSCI social accountability audit, and holds FAMA factory and merchandise authorizations plus NBCUniversal factory audit certification. All our vacuum models use food-grade 304 stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation, plus food-grade PP and silicone components. 316 steel and copper-coated inner walls are available as upgrades.
